One application, six banks, one negotiated rate.
Home loans
We take a single application and place it with Standard Bank, Absa, Nedbank, FNB, Investec and SA Home Loans on the same day. Each bank prices the deal on its own appetite, then we go back and push for a sharper rate on the strongest offer. You compare the results side by side and sign with the bank you prefer.

What is included
Pre-approval before you shop
We check affordability, credit profile and deposit before you make an offer, so you negotiate from a position of strength and agents take you seriously.
Six offers, not one
Banks price the same buyer differently. Applying to one bank means accepting its view of you. Applying to six means the banks compete for the deal.
Rate negotiation, not just submission
Anyone can lodge an application. We go back to the credit desks with the competing offers and ask them to improve the concession before you sign.
Self-employed applications handled properly
Company directors, sole proprietors and commission earners need their financials presented differently. We'll sort that out before it goes near a credit desk.
We carry the paperwork
Every follow-up document request, valuation booking and attorney handover is handled by your originator rather than you.
